Blue Mind Theory

Although a relatively new theory, Blue Mind is proving to be a credible holistic approach to a wide and varied range of physical and mental challenges we now face in our fast paced world ! Here at Dunmore East SUP and Yoga we embrace Blue Mind in every aspect of the school.
Incorporating mindful practices within our lessons such as Pranayama, Shavasna and Yoga or just simply pausing to take in the beautiful surroundings while noticing the gentle eb and flow of the ocean. This can be a transformative experience for even the greatest septic ! We believe that Blue Mind is available to everyone and offer a wide range of initiatives.
